Upon returning to my home town of Adelaide, I took up a temporary two-month contract involving provision of HR Consultancy/Business Partner support to both Managers and staff of SA Water, including advice regarding workforce planning, restructure, performance and remuneration.

After the previous maternity leave contract came to a close, I was offered a position project managing the workforce strategy for the commissioning of two brand new Aged Care Services, located in Port Macquarie and Nambucca Heads NSW. This role involved extensive workforce planning for a new model of person-centered aged care, as well as responsibility for the recruitment and onboarding of all employees for the two brand-new facilities. This position then became the HR Business Partner for the mid-North Coast region of Uniting Care Ageing NSW where I remained until my return to my home town of Adelaide.
