After graduated from a MBA, I started to work at Fujitsu Belgium. They offerme the opportunity to grow up in different departments. Firstly, at marketingwhere I gained experience in event organizing, content creation for socialmedia, reporting. Secondly, as project coordinator with a multicrossdepartment challenge.Firstly at marketing department, where I gained experience; eventsorganization, creation of contents for social networks, reporting and also themonitoring and training of interns. Then as a project coordinator with a cross-department challenge. Indeed, during my missions in the marketing department, I was called by FujitsuLuxembourg to help the project manager in charge of the EuropeanInvestment Bank (EIB). I came as a support for 3 months. An exciting andstimulating mission, which gave me the desire to continue in this directionwhen I returned to Belgium. Finally, Fujitsu Belgium gave me (in addition to my other missions) thecharge of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. A program tocontribute to societal objectives which have been divided into five workpillars: environment, community, diversity, well-being and operationalpractices. During my 3.5 years at Fujitsu, I used this approach to encouragecollaboration and co-creation. It was also a question of coordinating theteams around these pillars and ensuring long-term continuity. In conclusion, after my studies, my career goal was to work for aninternational multi-site company and in the marketing department. Fujitsuoffered me this opportunity and allowed me to discover the profession inwhich I would now like to use my knowledge and develop my experience:project coordinator.
