• Served as lead drafter on multiple billion-dollar Freddie Mac securitizations and negotiated comments with third parties and their counsel. • Represented loan seller clients in the sale of commercial real estate mortgage loans into CMBS conduit programs with Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo. • Drafted risk disclosure for real estate collateral by analyzing loan agreements, commercial leases, ground leases, co-lender agreements, land use restriction agreements, and environmental reports. • Provided lease analysis in conjunction with large loan originations in excess of $1 billion. • Represented issuers, underwriters, and investors with respect to mortgage-backed securitizations as well as repurchase facilities. • Provided training and mentorship to first, second and third-year associates.
