I have 16 years of expertise in the insurance industry, specializing in the Personal Property and Casualty and Health insurance markets. As an independent agent that allows me to work with multiple insurance companies to find the best fit for my clients and their insurance needs. I challenged myself to enter a new industry that I had no experience in and boy did I pick a time to make a change and join the restaurant industry. My position of General Manager included overseeing all operations for both BBQ King Smokehouse locations. This included marketing, scheduling, inventory management, hr decisions, training, budgeting, sales analysis, analytics and any other task that needs to be preformed. I am a very quick learner, so even entering an industry I had no experience in, I have excelled and helped the company navigate these uncharted waters that we have all experienced. This position required multitasking, problem solving, decision making and keeping your composure, especially in stressful situations.Leadership and leading by example is something I pride myself on and getting the job done no matter what it takes.
