Former Marine Corps Network Administrator (0631) with four years experience in the IT world. Some of my achievements in the Marines include a Certificate of Commendation for my efforts while supporting Battalion level field operations, being awarded the Naval Achievement Metal for excelling as a Platoon Sergeant where I was in charge of the training and readiness development of 13 Marines in my command, a Meritorious Mast for scoring a 99% overall grade in the Network Supervisors Course, and lastly a grand total of 6 Letters and Certificates of Appreciation for numerous volunteer hours conducted while stationed on Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan.Medals awarded to me in my four years in the Marine Corps include (1) National Defense Service Medal, (2) Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, (1) Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, (1) Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation Ribbon, (1) Humanitarian Service Medal, (1) Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, and (1) Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.Currently, I am attending Fox Valley Technical College where I am majoring in Network Systems Administration. After my first semester of enrollment, I was named to the Dean's List! Courses I have accelerated in include: Device Maintenance and Repair, Enterprise Client, Information Assurance, Linux Essentials, Network Essentials, and Network Infrastructure. My anticipated graduation is in May of 2025.
