Works directly with the Executive Director (Founder) to; coordinate alliances with international strategic partners/ representatives and responsible for directing activities and the use of resources directing fund raising efforts, monitoring government regulations and guiding public policy.

• Prepare, Schedule and oversee other workers, such as Security, Cleaners, Gardeners and temporal staff.• Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians in installation and repairing plumbing issues. • Supervise the installation and repair of plumbing and electrical supply lines, waste disposal systems and related appliances to keep homes, and businesses flowing smoothly.• Undertaking a weekly routine inspection of all fixtures as a preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and deferred maintenance.• Respond to issues on site when corrective maintenance issues come up on the facility.• Liaise with service companies for their services (Electricity company of Ghana, Ghana Water Company, Fire Service).• Prepares purchase and payment requisitions for contractors engaged to render services.• Write report documenting the problem and summary of action to be taken or implemented.• Perform weekly and monthly inspection on Facility, communicated by submitting reports to Operations. • Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting system on the Facility. • Inspect dedicated transformers, circuit breakers and other electrical components.
