Executive Assistant To General Manager

Redmond, Washington, Us

I am extremely proud to have supported this organization from concept to the creation of a global elite workforce totaling over 3,600 employees. My greatest accomplishment as a valued member of the leadership team was my role in developing, establishing and maintaining strategy, operations, process and procedures, project management and administrative functions for this global team for this new organization. In addition to supporting the leadership team, I was the leader of the global administrative team of 10 employees and an additional 11 vendor admins. Tactics are always part of the role, but approach is what makes the difference. For example, something as simple as what type of foods are served at team or leadership event, that impact attention levels and blood glucose response, is a perfect example. Setting performance based time management standards for all admins within a division, that focus leadership on constant tasks to support corporate goals and broader rhythm of the business calendars. The result of this effort was a global network of support roles, clearly aligned to company goals that enforce and drive professional time management and project process consistently across a global 3,600 employee base, all while setting the professional tone of the division.
