CurrentResponsible for servicing every aspect of the aircraft that come & go with the exception of maintenance & fueling. From Marshaling/ wing walking the aircraft, to configuring the various power sources & air conditioning connections. It’s my responsibility & my teams goal that within the first 20 minutes of the aircraft pulling up to the gate, all of our guests bags & luggage are taken to the carousel for on time pick up. It’s my responsibility to make sure that all cargo contents on the flights manifest list are picked up from our cargo facility, loaded on board the aircraft or vice versa, in a timely manner. This includes mail, aircraft/ maintenance parts & even cute animals that travel on board with us. I am also qualified to pushback all of our aircraft utilizing the electro, this includes the airbus, 737-900, e175, & the Q400 dash 9.I achieved this certification rather quickly due to my fast paced work ethic & attention to detail, certification achieved in less than 60 days- A 6 month process for most. It’s my job to ensure the aircraft is set up first thing in the morning, this includes security search, powering up, inspecting for any flaws of any sort that could slow down our daily operations. Throughout all of this, it’s my favorite part to always have the opportunity to interact with our guests, I’m such a people person- Greeting every guest with a smile, a proper rather exciting greeting & always sending them off with good energy from my heart. I’m genuinely a positive bright individual which makes me absolutely love this job because at the same time I’m very fast paced, hard working & with my fast adaptation to the ever changing scenarios that do happen daily, it makes this job fun and easy for me.

Qualified Situation Unit Leader (SITL). Qualified Operations & Combat Leader. (CL) Responsible for processing and organizing ongoing situation information, preparing situation summaries, and developing projection and forecasts of future events related to the incident- from drug interdiction, search & rescue, as well as migrant interdictions. Responsible for managing the Situation Unit including Field Observers, Display Processors, GIS and other technical specialists. Operate & Maintain communications audio recording, transmissions, & broadcasting equipment. Maintain logs of production activities. Operate control consoles for media, lighting & video to our security & FLIR camera systems. Maintain knowledge of laws or regulations to apply compliance in international territories. During our missions weather it’s drug or migrant interdictions, search & rescue, & even response to coastal tragedy’s: it’s my responsibility to lead the operations center to ensure effective communications between our decision makers on board while we’re out at sea as well as the ones in charge on land, & to get this information passed to our crew of 150. These missions would last well over 24-36 hours due to the situation, however to make sure all of our assets such as helicopter, multiple watercraft, & other agencies crafts are all on the same page is my job. I specialize on all of our onboard radar systems, the primary known as S2S2 which integrates 7 different world map & charting interfaces, long range & short range radar systems, UHF, VHF, & HF radio frequencies as well. This system is utilized for us to navigate, communicate, & to project our weather & navigation. Specializing on this system is a very difficult qualification however I achieved this quickly in what normally takes 1 year, I did in 6 months. In My time in the Coast Guard, I have sailed on 13 deployments to various countries east & west coast of the United States.

It’s my responsibility to Stand watch in ships' bows or bridge wings to look for obstructions in a ship's path or to locate navigational aids, such as buoys or lighthouses. Operate, maintain, & repair ship equipment, such as winches, cranes, fire response systems, or weapons system. Steer ships under the direction of commanders or navigating officers or direct helmsman to steer, following designated courses. Overhaul lifeboats or lifeboat gear and lower or raise lifeboats with winches or falls. Stand gangway security watches to prevent unauthorized persons from boarding ships while in port but also to record & report our guests & contractors entries. Record data in ships' logs, such as weather conditions or distances traveled. It’s my duty as lead seaman to ensure the exterior of our ships are in top quality, my team & I are in charge of many components of the ship, ranging from painting the exterior to operating the anchor system as well as being an on board fire fighter as well as the response team. Ready to respond to all possible casualties that do occur while out at sea.
