COVID came along a few months later, but I was lucky to be a part of one of the few schools in the UK that offered online learning from the beginning, and I was able to adapt to supporting online while helping to run the key worker provision on occasion. All while completing an 18 month apprenticeship to become a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant! 🙌🏻👩🏻‍🏫In November 2021 I joined the Transparency Task Force to aid in reform in the financial sector, and assisted in community engagement, social media and organising weekly events. I also did some website editing and more! 🛡I have previously trained as a Door Supervisor (security guard) and CCTV Operator. 💪🏻I’m currently growing into a new venture with more social media and customer service over the last year or so. I handle complaints, enquiries and help a wide range of issues on the daily while supporting those vulnerable and helping others. I’m even taking a customer service qualification and so much more.I love helping people whatever I do, and always want to make a positive difference 📈
