On-site IT support for Aer Lingus.My role was to respond to Escalations or priority incidents that required me to visit and support around Dublin campus and terminals.Laptop win10 imaging and setup for new recruits or long term staff. Active Directory. Installation of apps like Office 365/ Microsoft Teams/ VPN certs setup for Cisco Anyconnect. Sccm server. Citrix receiver logins. On-site support for TCS. Warm hand support on network server updates for IBM and BT teams. Break fix of mini and standard Pc's / Laptop's. Warranty cases submitted for parts to be replaced and repaired. Re-imaging laptops. Trouble shooting. Printer support.Office desks setup that required monitors, arm stand, docking stations, cable tidying.
