This is a senior sales management role, where I manage all the sales operations in an assigned territory in Dublin West, in addition to selling in areas of Kildare and Meath. My day-to-day functions involve leading a team of dedicated sales representatives selling security solutions to the residential market (B2C). This involves setting achievable goals, defining incentives, monitoring and driving performance, and running all the operations of the regional office from a business development perspective. This was my own English language business, which I successfully developed from inception. My primary customers were private individuals, professionals, and companies and I was particularly strong at business development activities in professional services firms, where I was able to connect with key decision-makers and market my services. I also built a reputation through networking and by delivering a quality service I gained business through word-of-mouth. The business was ultimately so successful it exceeded capacity.
