As the Manager of Valet Services I was in charge of on boarding and training 100% of new hires within our department. Additionally, I would preform weekly audits on performances, lead safety trainings and provide year-end-reviews for each employee. On a weekly basis I processed payroll, created schedules for employees, filed audits, and attend functional meetings. I was in charge of a budget greater than $100,000 yearly from which I would schedule employees, order new uniforms, supplies and plan birthday/anniversary parties for our team.
