Oversaw studio reorganization after purchase by Aon of the live wire group; directed daily management of all studio projects. Provided quotes for creative services, printing and distribution. Maintained on-time, on-budget project delivery by managing project schedules, budgets and print quality as per SLAs. Recruited and trained graphic designers and art personnel on internal systems. Sourced, appraised and selected suppliers to ensure provision of competitively-priced, high-quality print materials. Developed and implemented internal workflow systems to drive efficient production from conception to delivery.

Established and assumed role of production manager, directing day-to-day printing operations including quoting, production and distribution. Acted as Production Manager for SDG Editions, the publishing offshoot of SDG and researched the feasibility of proposed publications, costed and scheduled all work and oversaw production from concept to delivery. Titles included: Visual Impact, Design Wise, Absolutely Entertaining! and the International Logos & Trademarks series. Sourced, appraised and selected suppliers to create an official supplier roster and facilitate competitively quoted print requirements both nationally and internationally (SDG Editions).Improved workload efficiency, service and product quality to efficiently and accurately complete all projects and ensure alignment with client expectations.Introduced and implemented vendor presentations to improve staff print knowledge.
