I use disruptive thinking to achieve efficiency improvements and business growth especially in turnarounds and growth phases.I have worked through the complete business cycle of creating value propositions, dealing with financial sponsors, executing plans and managing stakeholders in legal and operations in Core Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, Pre Engineered Buildings and Defense Contracting. I have managed turnkey construction projects like high rise housing, urban township planning, defense structures and laying of rail & roadways network.I empower and encourage my team members, I have motivated people under life threatening situations and led teams to exceed their own expectations.In addition to P&L and management responsibilities, I work with various NGOs to provide education for the urban poor and improved living conditions for the under priveleged section of the society.I play football, volleyball, cricket and badminton.
