I currently run Flint Engineering Company, a structural engineering firm dedicated to transforming the AEC industry through the use of innovative technology and a different process. As a proactive engineer, I take pride in my ability to solve complex problems and tackle projects in civil and structural engineering. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience across all common material types, ensuring cost-efficient designs that meet and exceed my clients' expectations. In my previous roles, I have led various design projects for school districts and co-founded a sub-committee for 3D analysis, where I produced standards and helpful resources within the company.I have also worked on a variety of projects ranging from multi-story office buildings to structural analysis reports for electrical equipment. Through my work, I have honed my skills in project management, overseeing the work of designers and AutoCAD drafters, and ensuring that the final outcome meets the highest quality standards.My passion for engineering and desire to make a difference is what motivates me to continue to excel in my field. I am excited to bring my expertise and experience to the team at Flint Engineering, to take on new and exciting challenges, and to contribute to its continued success.
