I am in charge of training employees on company policy and standard practices relative to production and efficiency. My main day-to-day responsibilities revolve around training employees to become faster and more efficient in their area of work, leading them to take over the role of a "lead" for the area.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

I worked as a Lead Carpenter for TCF throughout high school and into college. I have proven my ability to lead different areas of production framing, mastering areas such as: Interior & Exterior Walls (pre-fabricated & stick framed), Floor joist framing, Floor Plywood, and Aluminum and Wood Framed Decks. Partnered with my field experience, I also know how to read and interpret blueprints and ASI's.

Duluth, Minnesota

My time in the position included coordinating events for various causes, ranging from fundraising dinners to stand-in protests against sexual assault. These events helped to raise money for organizations like: St Jude Children's Research Hospital, Special Olympics MN, PAVSA (Programs aiding victims of sexual assault), and Amber Wing. The most notable being the 2018 St. Jude Fundraising Dinner, in which my organization raised over $9,000.

I oversaw 6 organizations on campus. I worked with my executive board to help balance budgets, organize charity events, raise awareness for select causes, and hold informational meetings and presentations. I was elected during the second year of the organization, so much of my responsibility was altering bylaws and establishing the group within the UMD community.

I worked with student conduct and the University of Minnesota-Duluth on problems that arise, that reflect on IFC and Greek Life negatively.
