Advanced Elevator Co., Inc. is a locally owned and operated full service elevator contractor in the St. Louis area since 1983. We specialize in elevator maintenance, modernization, repair, and new installation.

• Create profitable sales of complete product line of vertical transportation equipment within the Service & Repair Business, as well as assisting in Modernization sales when necessary. • Sell maintenance agreements using leads derived from the prospecting of existing maintenance accounts, lost accounts, cold calls, TKE NIM accounts, and public and private bid offerings.• Involvement in the surveying, estimating, project management, purchasing, order processing, invoicing, and job progress meetings. Also, coordinating with branch personnel, corporate entities, and relating vendors to manage multiple projects. • Build and maintain customer relationships, and work effectively and efficiently with Oracle and CRM to manage all business activities.

• Assist with project start up, project estimating, bidding, scheduling, and drawings for modernization and new construction projects.• Support elevator maintenance and repair, field inspections, and preparing elevator maintenance and repair estimates and proposals. • Work alongside account managers to enter and maintain data in the Customer Relationship Management program, Sales Force.

• Assist with modernization and new construction permitting, drawing and submittal approvals, material scheduling, and material deliveries to job sites.
