Colton Morrow is a highly experienced corporate call center professional – having worked directly with agents and external partner companies, with a career spanning nearly 10 years. As a direct employee, Colton was part of, and lead, merchant services teams that served numerous partner companies across the United States, along with their mutual customers. He also implemented and tested new sales tactics for inbound and outbound sales initiatives. After Supervising teams of up-to 40 agents, Colton promoted to the Sales department as a sales administrator.Colton, a forward-thinking professional is not afraid to challenge companies to adopt progressive approaches, Colton combines his strong leadership and professional experience allowing him to bring a valuable blend of knowledge and experience across an array of industries that in turn benefits his clients. Colton, a sales administrator, also has experience in a great deal of different industries and positions. In college, as an he worked as a barista and trainer. Afterwards, Colton worked on numerous contractor positions in fields such as hospitality, contact center, and mortgage/insurance claims.Currently, Colton works with Progressive Leasing as a Partner Success Manager. In this role, Colton ensures onboarding for interested retail partners is fast, efficient and seamless. During his tenure, Colton has mastered programs such as SalesForce, IronClad, Tableau, PowerBI, and the Microsoft Suite.Outside of his professional life, Colton spends time on activities such video game designer, voice acting and costuming.
