As Operations Manager at Embee Media, I was responsible for all technical aspects of client onboarding and continued servicing. I completed the adoption of a new analytics/reporting platform, increasing efficiency by 30 minutes per report and saving 20 hours/week of manual work. I successfully transitioned the company from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Hubspot. I also led a website project that was recognized with the 2022 Reed Award for “Overall Best Website”.
