I am working as a Sales Representative for Dick Scott Motormall. I took this job out of College, because I wanted to be involved in the rebuilding of both the Automotive Industry and Michigan's economy. To many young people are getting out of school and going directly to the unemployment office because they think they are entitled to something they have not earned. I am willing to work and I am willing to work hard.

I worked at Michigan State Linen Services as a student supervisor. While there I decrease the amount of waste produced by the plant. Another student and I spearheaded an program to replace Styrofoam cups and plates with a more environmentally friendly alternative. My day to day responsibilities were supervised by the plant managers and the control checkers.

I changed store locations a few times during this period while attending Michigan State University. I was given the opportunity to work at D&W's new flagship store in East Grand Rapids, and then again after the remodeling of the Caledonia Store. I was fortunate to be given a newly updated department, and it was my responsibility to keep the department in that conduction
