I hold certifications in LEAD, RBS, and Food Handlers, and I have over six years of experience in the bar and hospitality sector.I also have a background in management and marketing, as I was a Head Bartender at Mustang Sally’s Saloon, where I managed the bar operations, inventory, staff, and budget. I increased the sales and revenue by more than 25% by introducing new drink menus, entertainment, and promotions as well as attracting and retaining a loyal customer base.
