As a healthcare leader, I have over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing disruptive psychotherapy technology that improves treatment effectiveness and reduces costs. I am a Certified FIT Trainer (CFT), a founder of MyOutcomes UK, and a member of the Psychometric Society.I am passionate about working at the system level, in the health care industry, to advance outcome-informed therapy and outcome management. I am also a prolific author and speaker, sharing my knowledge and expertise with practitioners, researchers, and policy makers around the world.
