Sr. Compensation Analyst
CurrentManages participation of annual compensation surveys. Participates in regular benchmarking processes to analyze market data to evaluate roles and determine competitiveness of salaries. Partners with HR colleagues in the job evaluation process and oversees review of job descriptions, market pricing of jobs and internal leveling. Ensures that requests for pay adjustments comply with current compensation policy. Conducts compensation analyses related to internal equity issues. Conducts market research and competitive analysis to assist with the assessment, development, and implementation of various compensation programs. Assists senior staff and management with monitoring competitive trends in compensation. Analyzes department requests for job classification and compensation review. Performs analysis and prepares reports, processes and tools for ad hoc requests or projects. Supports compensation projects from design through execution, including modeling, project planning, communicating, and training. Serves as a liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (i.e. Onboarding, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Systems). Responds to escalated inquiries from managers and employees on compensation practices, ensuring organizational understanding of policy and procedure. Serves as lead resource in managing and coordinating the HR compensation mailbox. Assists in the resolution of wage and salary discrepancies. Conducts job analysis to determine appropriate salary levels, FSLA classifications and other relevant supporting data. Including testing of positions when needed for FLSA status determination
