Brainy Beaver is a NJ based provider of computer repair, website and graphic design. My responsibilities include helping the company with: computer repair house calls, remote technical support, WordPress website design, SEO consulting, training, and managing Google AdWords campaigns.

- I worked with a small team of computer technicians. Together, we diagnosed and repaired broken computers & tablets brought into the store by Microsoft's customers.- Responsible for: diagnostics, virus removal, tuneups, driver updates, OS & software repairs, software & hardware upgrades, software configuration, Outlook configuration and excellent customer service.- Additional responsibilities: maintained frequent & thorough notes during each step of the repair process, maintained low turn-around time for repairs, made product recommendations to customers, stayed current with & passionate about new technology, and worked harmoniously with other members of the tech team running a high-volume tech bench environment.

Assisted customers by phone and remote connect support with computer and network diagnosis, virus removals, network setup, file/printer sharing, backups & tune-ups.

- By means of phone, email, and live chat, I provided customer service & technical support for Amazon’s Audible customers.- Responsible for supporting, troubleshooting and navigating a plethora of devices, including MP3 players from all manufacturers, smart phones from every manufacturer, PCs and Macs. - Granted the opportunity to work from home, I proved myself to be self-motivated & reliable while working unsupervised.- Due to my exceptional sales & retention percentages, I was asked to build and lead a team in proactively recruiting new memberships.- Created technical walkthroughs that served as step by step guides to complicated procedures for use by Amazon's technical support team.
