Controlled four product lines within the project, encompassing (IWS) Intelligent Well Completions, Gauges, Thru Tubing Fishing and Big Fishing. Supervised the indigenous Slick line company as part of contract with Total. Handled functions of 30-man team established on Completion Specialists and workshop of the different product lines involved in the preparation of IWS, Guages, TTF and BF and allocation of tasks to deliver the equipment on an accurate manner. Held accountable for the final QA/QC approval of all IWS sub assemblies, Gauges, Thru Tubing Fishing and Big Fishing Baker Hughes.Assigned resources to numerous product lines according to the project requirements, and offered on call 24hour coverage for the delivery of on-shore back up services. Spearheaded and developed the overall teams operations to achieve successful completion of investigation. Played a significant role as a liaison for the logistics of getting equipment to the well site at the correct time completion.Composed comprehensive departments’ reports regarding the projects on a regular basis. Scheduled monthly quality meetings and quarterly Service Quality Meetings to ensure quality control within the project.
