Senior Operations Associate, Changemakers
Current- Coordinating program and partnership impact management operations.- Evolving and maintaining the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organization’s mission --specifically, supporting financial management reporting, information flow and management, the overall strategic business process and organizational planning. - Managing databases for Changemakers' digital products, ensuring accuracy and availability for ongoing projects. - Coordinated data collection efforts, including surveys and interviews, for the Changemakers Impact Report. - Building and maintaining the annual dashboard for team OKR reviews, leading the review process end-to-end. - Utilizing Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio to develop data-driven dashboards for strategic decision-making.- Planning and coordinating logistics for annual team retreats (virtual and in-person). - Leading team wellbeing surveys, analyzing and presenting findings to inform improvements in policies
