I assisted in creating a training program tailored for small businesses in Cambodia. I conducted thorough research on Sustainable Development Goal #5 focusing on domestic violence. I developed interview guides and grant proposals to support research initiatives. I managed organizational partnerships to ensure collaboration and support for research.

I conducted in-depth research to identify best practices for supporting single-female-led families escaping domestic abuse in Utah. I analyzed existing literature, interviewed experts, and gathered insights to inform targeted interventions.
