▪ Worked at the Azure Private Edge Zones team which provides a fully managed cloud-native network function orchestration platform (Network Function Manager).▪ Drove the design and deployment for the Generic Service Framework to standardize and refactor the workflow for different micro-services owned by the team. ▪ Extended the existing platform by supporting containerized network function (CNF) deployment and management in customers' on-premise Kubernetes cluster.▪ Proposed and implemented Network Function Manager OneBox environment to enable E2E testing locally, which saves at least 97% of time cost compared to the previous testing environment in the cloud.

▪ Worked at the AWS Connect team which provides cloud-based contact center solutions to businesses of any size.▪ Designed the feature of elastic scope controls for contact attributes. The extensible architecture enabled the contact management service to easily support any newly defined scopes in the future without modifications on the server-side.▪ Refactored protocols and contracts for the contact flow management service to route requests based on scope maps.▪ Implemented APIs to enable getting contact attributes by given scope combinations through AWS Gateway.

▪ Worked at the Product Incubation & Search team which provisions the next generation of DocuSign search experience.▪ Developed search configuration modules that help users gain more sights into DocuSign Agreement Cloud.▪ Implemented REST APIs in .NET Core using C# and leveraged with ElasticSearch to extract user custom fields from existing envelops and save configurations of search filters, aggregations, and result types into DocuSign internal storage layer.▪ Designed UX/UI in Angular using TypeScript to provide admin users with flexible capacities of customizing search configurations for different user groups, scopes, and set different views for web and mobile devices.

▪ Led an engineering team to develop the Enterprise Performance Evaluation Information System for 96 national-wide companies. ▪ Proposed data models to leverage data mining techniques and cross-referencing data from both horizontal and vertical perspectives. It improved the scientific level of decision-making for supervisory organizations and enterprise leaderships.▪ Developed and maintained the internal document management software. It assisted administrative document secretaries to store file data, generate analytic reports, and query transfer records.

▪ Launched a startup IT company developing and operating an e-book store ebookmen™, which has been the pioneer of e-book stores in China and has 80,000 books protected by Digital Rights Management in stock.▪ Proposed e-book distributing workflows and entities and designed relationships from a bibliographic perspective. ▪ Led development of back-end service using Microsoft technologies C#, .NET, MS SQL Server, etc.
