Having experience in most of the country handle by our team such as Korea, China Mainland, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Greater Gulf, and India Legal Entities.- Execute all intercompany process activities and ensure all are performed on time and with necessary quality such as ad hoc cross charge requested by Finance business partner or Finance operation- Prepare and submit monthly intercompany journal entries for intercompany reconciliation and account balance activities.- Perform investigation on account variance and liaise with counterparty PIC to resolve variances. Identify and resolve/escalate inter-company accounting disputes.- build closer relationship with stakeholder and ICO counterparty such as retained team, supply chain team, customer service team, treasury, tax team and project team.- Prepare monthly reconciliation, report and present to upper level with all the detail which have variance.- Monitor pending intercompany requests and provide status updates to parties who will need to action such requests.
