For this review, I carried out market analysis in Eastern Europe and interviewed country managers, marketing coordinators and technical support services. The aim was to provide an analysis of what structures were most effective in supporting sales across different regions, identify the reasons for this and analyse whether or not successful structures could be implemented in different markets.- I presented the report to the executive board of Alltech and recommendations from the report have been implemented in both sales and marketing efforts worldwide. In addition, I worked as a project coordinator on a number of events including:- Alltech's Innovation Competition - An entrepreneurial competition to seek out young entrepreneurs who have the potential to create jobs in the Irish economy through their business ideas. This was held in the Gibson Hotel and hosted entrants from all of Ireland’s major universities and third level institutes. - The Inaugural Alltech Craft Brewing and Distilling Convention – This was held in Dublin’s Convention Centre and operated as both an industry and consumer focused event relating to craft brewing and distilling. Over 2,500 people from around the world attended.- I was responsible for the presence of Alltech's consumer brands at all Alltech events which took place as part of “the Gathering” in 2013.
