Using generative AI, we create innovative solutions for tax planning, economic analysis, and global documentation. My focus is on fostering a culture of excellence, driving technical innovation, and shaping the vision that positions SeemaS as a leader in the FinTech space.Before SeemaS, I led the compliance portfolio for AWS Taxes at Amazon, where I developed tools to help tax experts manage rules efficiently and ensured the ongoing compliance of the AWS Tax Engine. I also redesigned the tax engine to tackle complex regulations in countries like Malaysia and India, significantly speeding up AWS’s international expansion.My passion for solving complex challenges and improving lives through technology began early in my career at Siemens Healthcare, where I led projects to enhance patient care delivery. Working closely with customers, I gained deep insights into real-world challenges, which inspired me to explore advanced machine learning solutions. This led me to pursue an MS in Biomedical Data Science at UW-Madison, where I tackled projects like predicting asthma attacks, de-identifying clinical data, and improving fairness in AI systems. During my internship at Elucid BioImaging, I developed a machine learning model to detect arterial plaques in radiology images.Outside of work, I enjoy playing Tennis, Chess, and Snooker. I also contribute to advancing AI in healthcare as a volunteer with DICOM WG-20 and WG-23, focusing on integrating information systems and medical imaging standards.
