Was accountable for interpreting client’s needs, and customizing the product accordingly consulting with the technical team to provide solutions as per the delivery schedules. Even after 6 years, the account generates 14% of the company’s total revenue. Led Implementation of Hotel Online Distribution System for about 179 hotels that has seen hotels’ online revenue grow around 35% since using the tools. Generated business revenue up to €0.3M onboarding clients, by managing multiple teams through influence and not by authority. Shortened processes from weeks to days implementing questionnaires and checklists, for the standard steps. Institutionalized new release management process single-handed, for seamless releases across the organization by implementing the approval workflow using SharePoint, change management using Project Management tool JIRA and Version Management via SVN. Through careful planning and putting change management and deployment management in place, reduced the post release defects by 18%. Next logical step in pipeline being the DevOps Implementation. Facilitated the transition from Waterfall to Agile as a Coach for multiple teams across multiple development location. Building knowledge and skills on how to track, plan and analyze using JIRA; Hitting targets of 30% decrease in time-to-market and 16 percent increase in productivity.

 As a quality manager of an account with 350 team members, was accountable for maintaining all the key performance indicators within the acceptable range. Conducted regular audits for all projects to ensure the same. Identified the gaps and took effective steps to ensure better compliance. With the added responsibility of the quality manager for the pharma client Novartis, went onsite to understand the complex Pharma processes as implemented in Novartis, Europe. Effectually conducted validation reviews for Novartis and assisted them in defining the Metrics Collection and Analysis Process. Which ensured the repeat order for the company with 15% increased revenue, for QA support to the client including quarterly on-site visits for coordination. Conducted trainings on GxP and ESOPs, ensuring all resources working on Novartis account are trained on Pharma rules and regulations. Liable to collect and analyse customer feedback and other metrics for each project to identify the areas of improvement, and get them included in the project plan to ensure their completion.  Lead and facilitated periodic status and risk discussions with the account stakeholders.
