• Plans, develops, installs, troubleshoots, maintains, and supports an operating system and associated server hardware, software and databases ensuring optimum system integrity.• Work closely with engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company.• Plan, design and develop cloud-based applications; manage cloud environments in accordance with company securityguidelines.• Configure, deploy, and administer LAN, WAN, security, and remote access technologies• Support customers with a wide variety of platforms and technologies.• Build and configure desktops, servers, and storage networking hardware.• Technical support relating to technical issues involving Network Systems/WAN/LAN connectivity, firewalls, and security• Monitoring Network traffic to ensure optimal network performance• Installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and administering new and upgraded networks• Installing, configuring, maintaining, testing new and upgraded networks, software database applications, servers, andworkstations• Performing the operational establishment and preventive maintenance of backups, recovery procedures, and enforcingsecurity and integrity controls• Technical and administrative support on cloud applications• Provide exceptional customer service.• Fault escalation and resolution. Own the outcome.• Deliver and document customer projects.

• Systems Administration and support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and Operating Systems• Administration and Maintaining Cloud applications (eg. Office 365 / Google Apps etc.).• Support of customer Backup and disaster recovery solutions• Technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security• Email/Server Migration on premises to Cloud• System documentation maintenance• Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impendingchanges, and agreed outages• Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction• Prompt turnaround of customer requests• Work with the Service and Project Coordinator to ensure requests are routed to the proper resource to be resolved quickly and efficiently

• Configuration and maintenance of network equipment such as switches, routers, AP’s and various hardware equipment• Monitoring network traffic and user activities• Testing, configuring, installing, maintaining and administering new and upgraded software database applications,servers, workstations and Printers.• Troubleshooting routers, modems, switches and computer hardware issues• Managing tickets, job priorities, processing incoming calls by ensuring SLA’s are met• Upgrade systems with new releases and model• Monitoring and diagnosis of system related and network issues• Assessing and recommending improvements to network operations and integrated hardware, software, communicationsand operating systems• Management of VoIP phone system and network printers• Travel to client sites to provide level 1 onsite support
