WHAT WE DO & HOW WE DO IT: First and foremost we specialise in wealth creation, starting with growing the sustainable business value so that it can meet the lifestyle goals of the owners. Our next focus is wealth retention through the use and management of trusts, and making sure that investments will meet retirement goals. We help our clients create annual financial plans & budgets and manage their reporting in Xero against those financial targets. We meet at least every quarter to go over graphical/numeric financial reports and develop a strategic plan to help our clients see the big picture in order to make sound business decisions. We also provide tax, business structure, trust management advice and bring in strategic partners for specific needs as and when identified. WHAT I LOVE DOING: I have spent many years working closely with business owners and entrepreneurs. I help them develop their businesses through understanding and analysing the numbers, developing goals and implementing plans to ensure those goals are achieved. I love the challenge of growing my own business on my own terms and helping other business owners do the same. I love adopting new technology solutions to assist in the analysis of business opportunities. I am keenly interested in innovation and new ways of doing things - that's why we were early adopters of cloud systems, and also implementing the 4 day work week in our business. This is NZ's premier art show, aiming to provide a venue for new and emerging artists, foster artists, and with the bold aim of having an original piece of art on the walls of every NZ home. The emphasis thus far has been on the annual Wellington show over Queens Birthday weekend. For many artists, the art show is their first introduction to showing and selling their work and to earn their living doing what they love the most.
