Casting vision and strategy for student/alumni travel and study abroad at the world’s largest Christian University ($1 billion+ revenue annually/115,000+ students). Overseeing multi-tiered staff of 26+ to develop and implement 60+ faculty-led study tours abroad annually, along with hundreds of study abroad opportunities. Liaising with the Provosts, VPs and other internal offices to ensure academic/operational success, compliance and safety of programs, and set internal and external marketing/communication strategies. Integrating meaningful service opportunities (including poverty alleviation and child relief) into LU Send trips. Developing and maintaining relationships with strategic partners (including NGOs), other educational institutions, third-party providers and relevant governmental bodies (ministries of tourism/education). Designing and leading FAM/Vision trips for VIPs and Faculty. Making public presentations about transformational travel to student and parent groups from 20 to 15,000 strong. Facilitating regular meetings with Executive Leadership to overcome critical barriers to success and develop sustainable problem-solving strategies. Initiating and propelling special projects with both internal and external departments/organizations. Developing the team’s professional development strategy including Equity & Inclusion, Cultural Intelligence training, Implementing emergent technologies, Networking and Certifications with Professional Organizations, and Leadership Development. Conducting hundreds of interviews and spearheading hiring of new staff. Developing and stewarding 7-figure budget. Assisting in Global Risk Management protocol.

• Initiating, building and expanding strategic relationships with new people, churches, ministries,and businesses to help The Joshua Fund advance its mission.• Organizing and executing a wide range of donor events from private dinners to home gatheringsto retreats to Epicenter Briefings, in close coordination with the Executive Director.• Organizing and hosting “Prayer & Vision Trips” to Israel for donors, potential donors, pastors,young people and others, in close coordination with the Executive Director.• Organizing and hosting “Prayer & Vision Trips” to Arab countries for potential donors, pastors,young people and others, in close coordination with the Executive Director.• Speaking at churches, Christian colleges and universities, Christian conferences, etc., with aparticular heart for high school, college students, and young adults/millennials/gen Z, to explain themission of The Joshua Fund, and build new strategic relationships.• Advising Founders and Executive Director on possible new strategic initiatives.

The Joshua Fund is a charitable educational and humanitarian relief organization founded by evangelical Christian American-Israeli author and speaker Joel C. Rosenberg & his wife Lynn Rosenberg.

Responsibilities include: identifying and establishing relationships with decision makers for strategic alliances; designing and presenting alliance proposals and group marketing agreements; representing the organization at tradeshows and conferences; overcoming obstacles to ensure projects are successful from start to finish; and coordinating marketing campaigns, including and trade show display materials.
