January 2021 will mark my 10th year anniversary at JMBA+. The variety of clients, projects and experience has been both challenging and rewarding! During that time, I became registered in the States of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I have been working extensively with local Housing Authorities through the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) on State-funded multi-unit modernization and accessibility projects. Other public work has included historic stabilization and accessibility projects with the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR), ranging from the Pioneer Valley to the North and South Shores. Past public clients have included the Bristol County Sheriff's Office (BCSO), the City of New Bedford and the Town of Fairhaven. Private clients have included Cape & Island Tire (warehouse and retail space); Milhench Supply Co. (warehouse expansion), HallKeen, LLC (multi-unit apartment renovations) and Anytime Fitness. Non-profit clients include South Shore LGBTQ Network (community center); Partners in Housing, LLC (veteran's housing); NorthStar Learning Center (playground); and the Community Cares through the Women's Institute for Housing and Economic Development (WIHED) (full building and apartment renovations).
