Develop detailed roadway, hydraulic, and traffic plans utilizing MicroStation, ArcGIS, and collaborating with engineers and other team members. Create cost estimates for project quantities. Communicate with project managers to determine and develop project management application for project data transfers from network to ProjectWise Cloud. Draft and review technical reports for project proposals. Attend meetings with county officials and learn the dynamic between the county and contractor.
