I have had a part-time job at gymfinitykids from 2020 - 2021, when I began my university degree, I now have a zero hour contract with the company and return back to work during half term holidays. Since working within this establishment I have gained great communication skills as communicating with children requires you to convey ideas and instructions in ways that are easy for them to understand. Other skills I have gained whilst working at the organisation would be patience, physical energy, problem-solving creativity, teaching, monitoring, planning and leadership. Any of these skills can be transferred over to alternative working environments.
