While on detail on the Arapaho-Roosevelt National Forest in Boulder, I was hired as the South Zone Engineer on the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest in Steamboat Springs. There, I was single-handedly responsible for executing engineering projects for the entire Routt National Forest.

While attending graduate school at the University of Colorado - Boulder, I continued to work part-time for the Rio Grande National Forest. In July, 2017, I began this temporary promotion/detail for the Arapaho-Roosevelt National Forest in Boulder.

Upon graduating from RIT, I was converted from a SCEP Position to this GS-5/7/9 position. Due to my GPA, I was eligible to convert directly to a GS-7. This agreement applies to 89 different roads, stating that each party will pay an agreed upon amount to maintain the road consistent with on the amount of timber hauled on each road by that party. 24 years’ worth of documentation supporting this agreement and recording the amount of timber hauled on each road was never organized. Therefore, I developed a spreadsheet that compiled all of the raw data into a usable format to easily track which party was responsible for maintaining each road.• Eagle Lake Sewage Ponds Economic AnalysisOne of the largest developed recreation areas on the Lassen National Forest is managed by a concessionaire at Eagle Lake. Wastewater from this area is pumped to a series of evaporation ponds. The lining of the ponds were failing, causing them to leak into the ground, so five alternatives were developed to fix this issue. Three of those alternatives required the concessionaire to shut down amenities at each campground.
