Assist Head CRES Hong Kong to lead a team of 3 in providing office administration, facilities management, procurement, safety & security, internal environmental management, workplace management and event organizing support.- Provide full range of office administrative and facilities support.- Support office renovation, relocation, procurement by working closely with vendors to maintain the delivery standard and driving rectification of issues.- Proactively update on vendor market in order to negotiate better deal with vendor and maintained good relationship with vendors, maintain inventory list of all equipment- Constant review of office supply expenses and achieve a cost reduction through market research.- Review, process, and pay vendor invoices promptly, prepare checks, and manage vendor reconciliations and disputes amicably. - Promote and implement the share and floating workplace model.- Coordinate and deliver onsite / offsite events in Hong Kong (Support in Board of Director meeting in Hong Kong, responsible for budgeting, catering and room set up.)- Serve as the organization’s Safety and Security officer to execute the safety and operational procedures to protect staff and clients, be the first contact point of the security company in emergency issue.

Provide building management and office administration support.- Arrange printing of company stationery such as envelopes, business cards as per the requirements of the company guidelines. - Lead the service desk team and provide online support and solution regionally, constantly met the SLA 100%.- Created a comprehensive inventory list to the tea lady for stock reporting and keep minimize stock.- Actively involve in staff events. (e.g. committee member of Macau outing for 200+ attendees including accommodations, catering and transportation etc. including family members.- Maintain floor maps and telephone list.
