Ensure compliance with HR laws including ADAAA, FMLA, AAP and HIPPA by all location managers. Prepare and represent company on all unemployment hearings. • Ensure all exempt and non-exempt employees fully understand current benefits programs, policies and procedures. Facilitate training classes to new employees as well as current employees, including New Employee Orientation, FMLA, Emotional Intelligence and ADAAA training for new supervisors. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, PeopleSoft, Kronos, Ethics Point, Taleo and SuccessFactors.
