• Responsible for all purchasing activities for assigned products, provide on-time availability through effective ordering and vendor management• Prepares RFQ, lead sourcing for parts or suppliers of new programs, work with production and engineering with all stages of sourcing requirements, ensure launch schedule on time. • Secure and analyze quotes, negotiate with vendors to obtain the best value price, payment terms, quality, safety, and lead time.• Create and implement cost savings plan together with strategic purchasing. • Manage day to day purchasing operations needs / supplier interactions and cooperate with other department in the divisions on purchasing related tasks.• Resolve supplier issues , price increase request, quality and shipment issues • Maintain and report out in regular scheduled meetings on the following: Open Issues, Supplier Cost Recoveries, RFQ Tracking, etc

• Build and maintain master production schedule (MPS) for booster production line; • Communicate production schedule to Sales and other interested parties;• Generate vendor delivery plan and monitor vendor compliance to delivery plan.• Proactively manage inventory levels by pushing off overstocked SKUs or expediting orders to resolve potential shortage;• Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Provide necessary reports and analysis needed to enable the S&OP process; Perform production capacity planning studies; • Develop purchasing plan based on vendor production capacity, lead times and forecast; Work with plants/vendors to resolve any issues that arise; Generate purchasing and inventory activity reports and analysis;• Maintain good vendor relations; review acquisitions and confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule;

• Perform Sales Analysis, Inventory forecast reports. Ensure timely and cost effective purchase for assigned vendor • Contribute annual cost saving by strategic sourcing, strong negotiations, and vendor optimization• Search and negotiate with freight forwarders to save lots of shipping cost by arranging consolidation shipment from multiple suppliers• Constantly explore cost saving opportunities whenever and wherever is possible to Improve the sourcing process in Asia by establishing a centralized and standardized sourcing model • Sourcing new products, Manage begin to end sourcing processes including gathering business requirements, marketing researching, sourcing, negotiating MOQ, prices, delivery schedule, credit term, payment and shipping term etc,• Maintaining a competitive price for existing products to stay competitive in the market• Communicate with vendors regards to all aspects of products and manufacturing
