Experienced Senior Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the US Federal government and international organizations. Strong consulting professional skilled in Senior Executive Management, Policy Analysis, Risk Management, Human Resources and Organizational Development. Trained in Federal human resources (HR) as a Human Resources Specialist with specialized experience in classification, staffing and employee relations beginning with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (formerly the National Bureau of Standards) and served from GS-5 through the Senior Executive Service as a practitioner, advisor and consultant to the most senior levels of the Federal government. My experience includes professional tours with U. S. Department of Air Force, Tactical Air Command at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia; NIH, National Cancer Institute, Bethesda, Maryland; NASA, Langley and Headquarters in Washington, DC; U. S. Department of Army, Headquarters Forces Command at Ft. George G. Meade, Maryland; the Consolidated Civilian Personnel Office, (CCPO) at the U S. Department of Navy, Crystal City, Virginia; the National Capital Planning Commission in Washington, DC; the U. S. Department of Transportation, Office of Inspector General; and several other independent Federal agencies - (Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC); National Mediation Board (NMB); Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA); Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), Farm Credit Administration (FCA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the U.
