Successfully completed 35 hospital implementations to date.• Managed $11 million budget program for 2 health systems to successfully achieve attestation for Meaningful Use Stage 1 and Stage 2. • Effectively managed the activities and projects of 9 direct reports (clinical, financial, ambulatory, and Business Intelligence analysts). Performed supervisory functions, including task assignment and follow up, quality assessment, scheduling, and employee evaluations.

• Planned and managed the enterprise wide Meditech C/S implementation. Implementation included General Ledger, Admissions/HIS, Abstracting/Quality/Risk Management, Radiology, Laboratory, Order Entry/EMR, Surgical Services, Pharmacy, Billing/Accounts Receivable, Human Resources/Payroll, Materials Management/Accounts Payable, MIS, Scanning, and Community Wide Scheduling. Program was completed on time and within budget.

• Effectively coordinated daily activities of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Services, growing volumes by 10% annually. Annual testing volume in excess of 1,000,000 laboratory tests.• Managed fiscal oversight of the annual operating income of $50 million and annual operating expense of $6.4 million. Consistently demonstrated positive annual performance against budget.
