Helmold installed SAP in 2007 and recently completed an upgrade across all the Bohler Uddeholm business units in North America.- Financially, performed all accounting processes which included AP, AR, cash application, payroll, bank deposits, monthly reconcilement, invoicing, credits and journal entries for P & L. - Operationally, reconciled production work orders and processed all purchased receipts. - Human Resources liaison between onsite employees and the centralized offsite services group which performed several HR functions such as benefits administration.- Member of the Management team for day-to-day operations as well as original SAP implementation and recently played a key role in a SAP upgrade.

Until purchased by Bohler Uddeholm, J. F. Helmold & Brothers was a private company founded in 1881 which produced cutting dies and equipment used in rotary and flat dies built to cut a variety of media including paper products, leather and other fabrics. Reported directly to President and Controller for this 55 person business. - Financially, performed all accounting processes which included AP, AR, cash application, payroll, bank deposits, monthly reconcilement, invoicing, credits and journal entries for P & L.
