I have been described as a person who pours my heart and soul in production, by one of my director friends. Projects that I have managed have won a Communication Arts award and an AICP award.I am passionate about the creation of and user experience of video and broadcast content. I love all things visual. Video, Broadcast, Cinema, Stills...all of it. I am an optimist and I see each challenge as an opportunity to ask and answer 2 questions--how can we get this done? and how can we make this better?As a producer I lead teams to the creation of a finished project that fulfills the creative expression of all of the stakeholders: the creatives, the account/engagement team, and the clients.I approach producing with the eye of a filmmaker. I am a successful documentary filmmaker and love making docs and testimonials.I love making video and broadcast content that makes a difference, and entertains, moves, and informs an audience to decide which health care plan to join, which car to drive, which bank to trust, which charity to immerse in, which hospital to go to for a cure, which entertainment to enjoy, or even how to select the freshest banana!My passion is leading teams to put video and broadcast content together to create a meaningful story to propel the viewer to action.I wear all the production "hats" and juggle all the pieces to put the project together.I firmly believe that the best way to do this work is to use the "head, heart and funnybone," to quote the brilliant leader Brod Doner.So, budgets that I create are reasonable, schedules are doable, collaborators and teams work like clockwork together, the project is successful, and we all have fun doing it.
