For example, while at Vibrynt (a medical device start up), we faced our 1st audit, yet had no system whatsoever for accurately reporting obligations under FAS123R. In less than 21 days, I researched, selected and implemented Option Ease, satisfying all the 123R requirements. Result: We passed the audit with zero audit comments. Also, I was able to produce all equity related reports within minutes instead of hours.
