While providing inside sales and sales support has been one historical focus at MMS Education, we have more recently concentrated on providing customer service and product tech support to help our clients meet the growing support needs of their online and digital customers. As a former middle school teacher and computer support professional, I have a deep understanding of the issues facing educators, and education publishers today in this unique and challenging niche marketplace. My varied background and extensive hands-on experience allows me to understand the views and needs of both the publisher/vendor and educator.
