As a certified nurse in reproductive medicine and infertility, and a certified life coach focusing on well-being, I’m honored to have been able to educate, support, and navigate thousands of aspiring parents’ journeys for 30 years. The stories and experiences shared of unmet needs inspire me to create a proactive coaching methodology. That methodology guides people on the path to parenthood to be their best self by learning how to live “in fertility” instead of living their “infertility” diagnosis when trying to conceive and grow families.

Served as the point person for doctors and other nurses and led a team of ten in providing full lifecycle fertility services for third-party reproduction. I leveraged my expertise and years of experience with same-sex fertility, oncology, and oocyte preservation to deliver trusted consultation and education. My passionate for providing emotional support and fostering an environment of positivity constantly shines through as I guide patients in self-management of their care, emotions, and outlook.►Created, planned, and facilitated workshops and support groups and connects with patients to guide and support them through inherent uncertainties and fears as they navigate through all aspects of the infertility journey.►Developed and implemented inventory systems to decrease budget spending.►Coordinated and led clinical staff meetings to deliver updates, enhance teamwork philosophies, and provide opportunities for open feedback. ►Delivered orientation to new nurse employees to assist them in acclimating to company culture and served as a mentor to help team members succeed in their job responsibilities. ►Manages new patients from intake to discharge and performs a vast array of procedures, including ultrasonography, inseminations, phlebotomy, and injections. ►Researches, compiles, and provides data to the infertility community to support favorable public policies.►Played an instrumental role in establishing processes and procedures for The Center for Reproductive Health (merged with VIOS in 2021), creating a boutique-like environment, and pivoting its growth from four employees to ten with cutting edge science and specialized services.

I am dedicated to providing effective educational guidance in family planning and science-based tools to facilitate fertility management. I have developed a custom-built, data-driven program that assists families and individuals in enhancing their fertility outcomes through daily life changes. To that end, I partner with reproductive centers, doctors, and individual clients to provide scientific strategies that result in transformational changes and a mindset shift that has translated to success. ►Developed a proprietary Health and Wellness coaching program to deliver a personalized plan of strategies and data-driven resources to awaken fertility and generate positive outcomes.►Launched and manages support and wellness groups to provide networking opportunities and facilitate forging powerful connections with others who have experienced success; serves to provide encouragement and motivation by teaching new coping skills and promoting a positive mindset to others on similar journeys. ►Offers retreats, seminars, and workshops to guide clients through the learning process of navigating fertility matters; provides comprehensive information and guidance on various therapies, procedures, programs, treatments, and resources.►In addition to group sessions, delivers one-on-one education and consultation to assist individuals in enhancing and maintaining overall wellness, including social and financial matters.►Demonstrates expertise by publishing articles in medical journals and magazines, including “Mindset of Fertility” and “Preparing for Fertility,” to provide informative, authoritative, and well-researched information on navigating the reproductive journey.►Creates, plans, and facilitates workshops and support groups and connects with patients to guide and support them through inherent uncertainties and fears as they navigate through all aspects of the infertility journey.
