My work emphasizes fostering client relationships, crafting effective growth plans, and supporting proposal development for consistent success in competitive bids.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct market research and analysis to uncover growth opportunities, expanding MTS’s bidding portfolio beyond the current business development pipeline.Develop actionable growth strategies, writing analysis papers and providing strategic insights to position MTS for success in open competitive opportunities.Lead proposal development, supporting marketing, pricing, technical writing, and editing to optimize MTS’s success rate in securing government contracts.Provide advisory and reporting services on proposal status, market trends, and resource utilization to ensure MTS’s strategic goals are met.Collaborate with executive leadership on growth initiatives, monitoring metrics to track proposal effectiveness and strategic alignment.Establish and implement measurement tools to evaluate the success of growth initiatives, ensuring efficient resource use and maximizing contract potential.Foster close working relationships with clients and strategic partners to support seamless collaboration and build MTS’s brand as a thought leader in federal contracting
